I see the purpose of my work as enabling individuals through coaching and leadership and team development programmes to gain increased self-awareness, develop their ability to reflect and be mindful, gain personal insights and have the motivation to act and make small but significant behavioural changes which result in enhanced personal best performance.

I have been working in the field of organisational development for over 25 years starting this stage of my career as Learning and Development manager at British Airports Authority. I now work as an executive coach and group facilitator for commercial clients including Nissan, Linklaters, the Bank of England and Diageo. I am also a visiting programme tutor for Praxis, part of the School of Management at Cranfield University.

My coaching, leadership and team development work brings together my experience and interest in business and psychology. I believe in a holistic, systemic approach to the work and two main schools of psychology inform my work: Positive Psychology and Gestalt. I have an MA in Psychological Coaching from the Metanoia Institute, and have trained to master practitioner level in NLP; I also hold a diploma in Business Performance Coaching from Newcastle College. I am a member of APECS [Association for Professional Executive Coaching & Supervision] and the Association for Coaching and have held a joint Chair position for the Independent Consultants Forum/CIPD Wimbledon Branch for two years. I am an accredited Myers Briggs Type Indicator administrator, and an accredited trainer of the Penn Resiliency Programme, from the University of Pennsylvania.

My personal style has been described as having an appropriate balance of energy and calmness creating a positive learning environment that is informative, thought provoking, experiential and fun.

I am based in leafy South West London and work takes me all over the UK and abroad. I have a Mediterranean background and speak conversational Italian and French. My raison d’etre has been centered on my two children who are now both enjoying life at university. To refuel and re-energize myself I practice yoga and I’m now learning Ballroom and Latin American dance.
