My passion is helping leaders to flourish, realise their potential, and create a positive experience of the workplace for their people. This has been the focus of my 20+ years’ work in HR, talent management, leadership development and coaching, with a wide range of multi-national organisations.

I have particular expertise in global leadership learning, including the development and delivery of the renowned Diageo Leadership Performance Programme. I led Experian’s first global learning intervention from concept through to its delivery, in 11 languages across 50 locations. This practical experience is enhanced by cutting-edge learning from my MSc in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology (graduation due autumn 2017). My research focuses upon the development of resilience and psychological wellbeing.

In my coaching, I draw upon a range of approaches, including positive psychology, cognitive-behavioural techniques, strengths-based coaching, linguistic techniques and narrative approaches. As a qualified psychometrician, I work with MBTI and FIRO-B and I am an accredited trainer of the Penn Resiliency Programme.

In my spare time, I’m an enthusiastic runner and hiker: all necessary to counterbalance my love of baking with my young daughter and sharing good wine with my husband!
