I love working one-to-one with people, having real conversations about real issues, and supporting them in bringing about the changes they seek. I am interested in how people’s thoughts and feelings influence their behaviour, and how people tune into, understand, and use their intuition. I am fascinated with what we know and how we know it.

I work with clients to help them get clear about their choices – choices based on who they really are, not who they think they ought to be. My passion outside work is singing in Barts Choir and Barts Chamber Choir. We sing classical works in London venues, from St Martin in the Fields in Trafalgar Square to the Royal Albert Hall. I love it.

I began working as a coach at the BBC, where I combined coaching with large scale organisational development work. I have been an independent coach and consultant for the last two years, working with clients in all sectors and across a range of industries, including Diageo PLC, BG Group, Sony, Royal College of Nursing, the National Policing Improvement Agency, and Yarrow Housing (charity providing housing for people with disabilities). I coach clients in response to individual needs and as part of organisational initiatives. For example, as a member of the Diageo Leadership Performance Programme coaching faculty, I am working with clients on how their personal purpose connects with their work as leaders, achieving their leadership potential and delivering stretching business targets. At BG Group and Sony I work on developing their leadership potential, and on enhancing their effectiveness as they experience change. I work with private clients on making career choices which are congruent with their purpose and identity.

I have an MBA, an MSc in Organisation Consulting from Ashridge and am currently studying for a Post-Graduate Certificate in Coaching from the i-coach academy.
